预测IF值算法
根据标准的SCI影响因子计算公式，以2022年为例，预测IF(2022)=A/B，其中，A为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章在2022年中被引用的次数；B为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章的总数。预测的实时影响因子数据在全年中逐步接近真实IF数据，上半年的预测数据通常接近于6月底正式发布的数据，而下半年的实时影响因子则会从大约50%开始逐渐趋近于最终的IF值。（考虑数据入库延迟，可以根据当前月份占全年的比例来大致估计最终的IF值，且估算时可适当上调。）

Journal of Vascular Surgery ® aims to be the premier international journal of medical, endovascular and surgical care of vascular diseases. It is dedicated to the science and art of vascular surgery and aims to improve the management of patients with vascular diseases by publishing relevant papers that report important medical advances, test new hypotheses, and address current controversies. To acheive this goal, the Journal will publish original clinical and laboratory studies, and reports and papers that comment on the social, economic, ethical, legal, and political factors, which relate to these aims.
